Spiced Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients:
4 c. dry milk (we prefer Morning Moo)
1/2 c. Hershey's special dark cocoa
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and then run the mix through the sifter to guarantee even distribution.
To Use:
Mix 1/2 cup per 8oz. of hot water.
